RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

Items must be returned within 4 days of the customer receiving the package. No refunds will be issued.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, wear, or smoke, with all Wendy’s Closet tags attached. If the item does not match the original condition, we won’t issue an ONLINE CREDIT.

Please complete our exchange form included in your package. If your package did not include a return form, include your name, email, phone number, order number, and address inside the package, along with the invoice.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival; otherwise, we will not issue credit. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if you have received an incorrect item.

Colors and sizes may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, which MUST be prepaid. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries.

Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance is NOT carried over.

EXCHANGES

We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, follow normal return procedures. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return, which does not expire.

PROCESSING

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Returned packages usually take 10-15 business days to process your store credit. Once processed, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of an email Gift Card, covering the original purchase price and tax fees. Retain your return package tracking, as credit is only issued if tracking information shows delivery to our address.

For security, we require proof of return in the form of a tracking number showing delivery to our address.

Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee applies to orders refused at delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address. The customer covers any redelivery costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We ship via secure methods. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Non-returnable, No Exceptions: All items in the Sale category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

Sale items are not valid for return. Wendy’s Closet reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel customer orders at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns indicating “wardrobing”
  • Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
