Order Processing and Shipping Information

After placing your order, there is a processing time of up to 2 business days. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking information. You can also view your shipping details by logging into your account. In the rare event of a shipping delay with our carrier, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note that there are shipping delays globally, but we are working diligently to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Your patience during this time is greatly appreciated.

  • FREE Domestic Shipping on orders $100 & over: 2 – 7 Business Days
  • UPS Ground Domestic: 1 – 5 Days
  • UPS Next Day Air Domestic: 1 Business Day
  • UPS 2nd Day Domestic: 2 Business Days
  • UPS 3 Day Domestic: 3 Business Days
  • DHL International: 3 – 10 Business Days

Free Shipping

Orders subtotal must be $100 or more after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free shipping.

After Hours and Holiday Processing

Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

Order Fulfillment

To guarantee the correct delivery of your package within the advertised time frame, ensure your address, phone number, and email are accurately entered. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned as non-deliverable, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Wendy’s Closet Gift Card for the item(s) price minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.

We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS (domestic) and DHL (international).

International Shipping

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, the responsibility of the customer. Wendy’s Closet cannot predict these fees. We are not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For customs policies, contact your local customs office. Refused orders will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us or may become a total loss.

Pre-order Items

Items marked Pre-order will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item’s description. If your order includes in-stock items, it will ship around the estimated ship date unless the pre-order has a ship date of 3 weeks and over, in which case, we will ship the in-stock items separately (US orders only).

Shoe Packaging

All shoe orders are packed in personalized packaging. Shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and placed in a protective sturdy box. Shoe boxes are sent only upon customer request in the Customer Order Notes at checkout, with an additional $7 charge.

Reserved Shipping Rights

Wendy’s Closet reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel customer orders made at www.wendycloset.com at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive returns indicating “wardrobing”
  • Irregular or excessive returns history, including worn, washed, dry-cleaned, spot-cleaned, altered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities
